By accessing or using the Website or submitting your medical data to avail of a second opinion (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Program. 

  1. No Medical Advice

TreatMyCancer.ai does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. The Program offers consultative and informational second opinions from oncology experts and AI-based clinical tools. These are not substitutes for medical advice from your treating doctor. Use of this Program does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. You should always consult your physician before making any decisions regarding diagnosis or treatment.

  1. Program Participation
  • Your participation is voluntary.
  • You understand that this is a consultative service based on the medical documents you upload.
  • No physical examination, lab testing, or emergency services are offered through the Program.
  • You agree to share all relevant medical records truthfully and take sole responsibility for your treatment decisions.
  1. Eligibility

Only individuals 18 years or older are eligible to use the Program. By accessing the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement. If submitting data on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

  1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if account features are enabled in the future). You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

  1. Termination

  • Non-payment of applicable fees

Upon termination, any information or opinions previously delivered will remain available to you, but access to future services may be restricted.

  • Medical outcomes resulting from use or interpretation of the second opinion

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PurpleRibbon, its medical experts, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Program or violation of these Terms.

PurpleRibbon may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
